A former Napoleon school teacher and coach, facing 12 counts of sexual imposition will appear in a Henry County courtroom.

Randy Burke was indicted on 10 counts late last year, and was later indicted late last month on an additional count after another alleged victim came forward.

A jury trial is set to begin on August 5th.
