A Jackson, Michigan man was officially indicted in Williams County Court.

Joshua E. Snyder, age 24 is facing multiple charges following an incident back on August 20th where he was stopped by Ohio State Trooper, Tevin Williams. In the stop, Snyder attempted assault as he attempted to physically harm Williams, which is a fourth degree felony.

Snyder is also charged with resisting arrest, which is a first degree misdemeanor, as well as failing to comply with police orders also a first degree misdemeanor.
