A Wauseon man was sentenced on Tuesday within the Fulton County Common Pleas Court.
Steven Hanson, age 49 previously had pled guilty to three counts of Assault from an incident that occurred back on June 28th, where he attempted to physically harm three people.
Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Hanson to two years of community control, ordered him to pay prosecution costs, pay a $100 ﬁne for each count, as well as not possessing or consuming alcohol for a specified time frame. Robinson will also serve 5 days in Community Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, with credit for days already served.
If Hanson violates any of these terms, it could result in additional jail time to be served.
