Reports from the Michigan Department of Transportation indicate that the City of Bronson that was to see milling and pavement work within the City limits as part of the U.S. 12 resurfacing project has been postponed and will now be completed next spring due to the changing weather.
With much colder temperatures expected over the next several days, crews were forced to postpone the work. The milling and filling portion of the U.S. 12 resurfacing project began back in October and was expected to be finished on Wednesday.
While the road work is delayed, officials do plan to finish the concrete sidewalk ramps, and is expected to be completed next Friday November 15th.
