Indiana Attorney General Candidate Still Awaits Endorsement From Governor

Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb has not yet announced his support of a top official within his administration in the challenging of the state's attorney general who currently awaiting the outcome from an investigation into allegations of drunkenly groping four women.

After Holcomb filed paperwork Tuesday for the Republican nomination seeking a second term in the 2020 election, he then went on to say that it was “all premature” to say whether he would endorse a challenger to embattled Republican Attorney General Curtis Hill.

Adam Krupp formally announced last week he would resign as state revenue commissioner to challenge Hill for the attorney general nomination. Hill is also seeking reelection and has denied wrongdoing in regards to the allegations against him.
