On Wednesday, Williams County Sheriff Steven M. Towns filed documentation with the Ohio Supreme Court for his name to appear on the March 17th, 2020 Republican ballot.

Towns filed a Writ of Mandamus on the Williams County Board of Elections to have his name appear, in the writ that is 10 pages and is public record for those who wish to view it.
