Officials from INDOT were working on a project within the area overnight and early this morning.

A section of West Maumee Street in Angola was being worked on as officials from INDOT were attempting to seal the road from Midnight last night to seal the road from the railroad tracks on West Maumee, heading east and going around the mound then back to the railroad tracks.

Crews finished up the final touches earlier this morning, and are planning to get a street sweeper out later today to pick up the excess sand.

Motorists are being asked to please be patient with the process, as officials from INDOT finish up the project.
