Indiana Coronavirus Total Climbs Over 2,500

The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced early on Wednesday that 409 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and private laboratories. That brings the total number to 2,565 Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total. Sixty-five Hoosiers have died to date.

To date, 14,375 tests have been reported to ISDH, up from 13,373 on Tuesday.

The largest population of cases around the area is Allen County with 39 positive cases and one death, while Steuben, DeKalb, and LaGrange counties each now having two confirmed cases while Noble has three confirmed cases.
