The Angola American Legion Post #31 will lead a Memorial Day service in both Angola and Pleasant Lake Monday morning.

The City of Angola will host Memorial Day service starting at 9 a.m. on monument circle. Members of the Angola Legion Post will provide the patriotic gun salute.

Following the city of Angola ceremonies, participating Angola Legion members will proceed to Pleasant Lake.

Pleasant Lake’s Memorial Day services will be held Monday morning on the east end of Pleasant Lake Cemetery. The service will start at 10 a.m. Other service highlights include a keynote speaker, along with Reverend George Foulk leading prayer.
