The Ney man accused of killing his grandfather during a domestic dispute with the mother of his children has found his time in court.
Dustin Vogelsong is the man facing at least eight charges stemming from the March murder that happened in Bryan. He has plead not guilty.
Deputies were dispatched to Vogelsong’s home, on Behnfeldt Road for the dispute. Upon arrival they found the dead man.
Investigative reports say the victim died trying to keep Vogelsong’s children from leaving with him. Vogelsong is also accused of hurting the mother of his children, as well as his grandfather’s wife, both of whom were treated for injuries and released.
