On Tuesday afternoon, at approximately 1:32 P.M. DeKalb County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the 7000 block of County Road 68. It is there where a 2003 GMC Envoy had been found to have lost control, and gone off the west side of the roadway striking a utility pole.

Two subjects were found on scene and taken to the hospital to be checked out. Thymithy A. Boroff, age 30 of Cecil, Indiana complained of chest pains while Jonathan R. Wells, age 24 of Fort Wayne also complained of chest pains. Both individuals were found in the back passenger seats of the vehicle.

Assisting at the scene were Parkview DeKalb EMS, and the Jackson Township Fire Department.
