ANGOLA, IN - The Steuben County Council on Aging will be re-opening their current location at 317 South Wayne Street Angola, located in the basement of the Steuben County Community Building on Monday, July 6th.
Upon re-opening their facilities, the COA will be offering exercise class and other activities, including game day. In addition, the fitness room will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
COA officials say their library, including checking out puzzles, will stay closed at this time due to the moving process and reorganization.
The COA does recommend their patrons use a mask, but it is not required. The COA staff cleans periodically throughout the day to ensure everyone’s safety. Patrons should keep a physical distance of at least 6 feet.
Visitors should also know the elevator in the Community Center is not working. Those who may want to avoid steps can use the east doors that enter into the multi-purpose room.
The Foot Clinic will also resume on July 7th by appointment only, and the use of a face mask is required for the Foot Clinic.
The Steuben County Council on Aging is quickly approaching their move to their new location on Wohlert Street in Angola.
