QUINCY, MI - Today is the official beginning of construction on the Coldwater-Quincy Trail. A ground breaking will be held at the Quincy Village Park Wednesday morning (at 9 a.m.) for the trail.

The Quincy Village Council adopted the plan for the linear park in 2015.

Eventually, the Quincy linear trail will be linked from the trail head at the downtown Quincy park to the City of Coldwater’s existing linear trail system.

The total cost of the project is $5.7 million.
