QUINCY TOWNSHIP – Michigan State Police are investigating a hit and run incident on a Branch County lake.
Troopers say around 4 AM Sunday there was a hit and run between two watercrafts that happened on Marble Lake, near Corn Island, in Quincy Township. A watercraft, occupied by one or more boaters, struck a pontoon, and then left the scene without reporting the crash.
The suspect watercraft is described as a smaller, walk through vessel. It's white with a blue stripe running from stem to stern. It should have damage on its right side. It was last seen heading north on the lake.
If anyone has information regarding this incident, they are asked to call the Michigan State Police Post in Marshall at 269-558-0500.
