BRONSON – Bronson Community Schools are going to be closed for the rest
of this week.

In a post on the District's Facebook Page, Bronson School officials announced they were notified of 4 students at Bronson Jr/Sr High School who have tested positive for COVID-19. The students and those within close contact will need to be quarantined for 14 days under the guidance of the Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency.

The Bronson School staff is working through contact tracing protocols to identify students who will need to be quarantined and those households will be contacted directly by the school.

Bronson Schools will be closed to allow for all buildings to be deep cleaned and sanitized.

For those who order meal packs, the School District will be offering 3 day meal bags today. You can pick them up at Bronson Jr/Sr. High School at Door #6 between 12 PM and 1 PM.

School officials ask that parents and guardians work with the school district by screening your child for symptoms each morning, per the signed Bronson Community Schools agreement.

Officials say they appreciate the community's patience and understanding.

If any additional information becomes available, they will share it immediately.
