GOSHEN – A Goshen man lost his life in a one vehicle roll over accident.

The Elkhart County Sheriff's Office says 20 year old Jonas Garcia of Goshen was driving north on U.S. 33 south of County Road 33 just before 7 AM Saturday when his vehicle left the roadway to the east. Garcia over corrected, crossed the center line and then rolled over on the west side of the roadway.

Garcia was not wearing a safety belt and was ejected from his vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The incident is still under investigation.
