Brushy Prairie, IN - Prairie Heights Community Schools announces Monday evening the district’s 7th and 8th grades are moving to virtual learning this Wednesday.

Middle School students in grades 7th and 8th with learn at home virtually November 11th thru November 20th. They will return to in-person instruction on Monday, November 23rd.

District officials at Prairie Heights say the reason they have taken this step is “due to a shortage of staff that was caused by quarantines due to contact tracing, and not due to positive Covid cases”.

At this time, there are no changes to any middle school athletics since this is due to a shortage of staff and not positive Covid cases.
