Bronson City Hall Closing To The Public
By: Mike Stiles - Friday, November 13, 2020

BRONSON – Starting Friday, Bronson City Hall will be closed to the public until further notice.

Bronson City Manager Brandon Mersman says this is being done to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and to protect the health of Bronson citizens and employees during the recent surge of COVID-19 cases in Branch County.

The office will be available to conduct business over the phone, by e-mail, U.S. Mail or by using the 24-7 drop box.

In addition, the Bronson Department of Public Works will be limiting personal contact, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The DPW will continue to be available for any emergencies.

Mersman says they are asking citizens, businesses and organizations to stay well informed about COVID-19, including symptoms and the latest recommended measures to help prevent the spread of the virus.

Updates and information will be published on the Bronson Facebook page and on the Bronson City website at bronson dash mi dot com. If you have any questions or need assistance, please call 517-369-7334.

If you want to use the drop box for payments, please make sure your payment is in a sealed envelope. Make sure that envelope includes the payment stub, the address of the property or the account number clearly marked on the envelope.

The drop box is located on the southeast side of City Hall.
