Steuben County Magistrate Stepping Down

ANGOLA — Steuben County Magistrate Randy Coffey is stepping down from the post he has held for roughly 25 years.

Coffey’s retirement was announced by the Steuben County Bar Association last week, effective December 31st. According to KPC media, Coffey has held his position since the inception of the Magistrate’s Office in July 1995.

The position has been posted as available on the Steuben County website. The position a is state employee and is considered non-partisan.
