Michael Baker of Waterloo Indiana was west bound in the 5800 block of CR 24 when he lost control of his vehicle on the gravel roadway. The vehicle exited the north side of the roadway making contact with a tree in the driver door. After hitting the tree, the vehicle spun to around where it came to a stop facing east. Baker was trapped in the vehicle and had to be extracted by fire personal and was then transported to the hospital for his injuries.

Speed may have been a contributing factor.
