Century Bank Limiting Lobby Access To Appointments
By: Mike Stiles - Tuesday, November 17, 2020

COLDWATER – Century Bank and Trust is instituting enhanced preventative measures to protect their customers and their employees.

Starting Wednesday, November 18, Century Bank will again be limiting lobby access to appointment only at all of their office locations. Century Bank Chairman and CEO Eric Beckhusen says as the number of positive COVID-19 cases have increased in the communities they serve, Century Bank wants to make sure they play a constructive role by taking responsible actions to continue to do what's right for their customers and employees.

Beckhusen says customers can access and manage their banking needs in a number of convenient ways that limit non-essential personal contact. That includes online banking; using the mobile app; calling week days between 8:30 AM and 5 PM and on Saturdays from 8:30 AM until 12 PM.

Customers can also use and ATM, the drop box, or the drive thru at any Century Bank location.

Beckhusen says they are confident in their abilities to provide their customers with exceptional banking services even with this temporary adjustment to support public health.

Just like earlier this year, when the same changes were introduced, Beckhusen says their customers' banking relation will continue as normal, just with modified access to the facilities to protect Century Bank's customers, employees and the communities they serve.
