​QUINCY, MI - Quincy is looking to hire a new Chief of Police.

​Village officials say that Police Chief Jeremy Burch is stepping down from his position, having turned in his two weeks notice on Monday. Burch was hired in 2013 to be an officer with the Quincy Police Department. He became Chief of Police in 2017.

​A posting for the Police Chief’s position is on the Village of Quincy website. In addition, the Village is also looking for another full time officer and for a volunteer reserve officer.
