Scotty Tressler trial, who is accused of various sex-related crimes, waived his right to a speedy trial during a pretrial hearing in Williams County.

He has been indicted for kidnapping, sex charges and rape. Each charge has a specification that Tressler is alleged to be a sexually-violent predator.

The ages of the victims range from 6-13 in the case.

Bond in the case was set at $1 million with no 10-percent allowance. He also was ordered to have no contact with the alleged minor victims or any minor children.

Tressler remains housed at the Corrections Center in Stryker.
