A head-on crash Friday morning east of Lagrange sent both drivers to the hospital.

It happened at 7:23 a-m near 600 East and U-S 20.

The LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department says a Chevy Tahoe driven be 31-year-old Daniel Woods of LaGrange lost traction on some black ice and crossed the center line.

It collided with a van driven by 36-year-old Kristen Hawthorne of LaGrange.

Both drivers were taken to Parkview LaGrange Hospital with minor injuries as a precaution.
