Former Paulding County Soil and Water Conservation District business administrator, Coral Fetzer, is ordered to pay an additional $10,000 in restitution to the office after being found guilty of attempted theft.

Fetzer was placed under the general control of adult parole authority for two years. An audit by the state of Ohio from back in December issued findings against Fetzer, finding over $9,984 from customer payments collected were missing.
