Four women have come forward and said that Indiana Attorney General, Curtis Hill inappropriately touched them at a party in an Indianapolis bar last year. The four have filed a federal lawsuit against Hill and spoke before a crowd this morning in the Hoosier State Capital.

Those who filed the claims include State Rep. Mara Candelaria Reardon; Niki DaSilva, Legislative Assistant for the Indiana Senate Republicans; Gabrielle McLemore, Communications Director for the Indiana Senate Democrats; and Samantha Lozano, Legislative Assistant for the Indiana House Democrats.

The four women are accusing Hill of sexual harassment, retaliation, gender discrimination, battery, defamation and invasion of privacy.

Hannah Kaufman Joseph is an attorney with Karz Korin Cunningham, who are representing the four women and says each of these women has faced retaliation and other unlawful employment actions as a result of the incident. The state of Indiana has also been named as a defendant in the lawsuit. Hill's accusers have filed four counts against the state and seven against Hill.
