(ANGOLA) - Normally, this is the time of the year that is known as the "Dog Days" of August. But the Dog Days have had no bite so far this August.

The coldest August temperature ever in Angola was 37 degrees set first in 1977 and tied in 1982.

Angola has not had a ninety degree day so far in August. The warmest day was this past Sunday when the high hit 88 degrees.

The normal high for Angola on August 14th is 80 degrees. The normal low is 59.
