Prairie Heights has five wrestlers finish in top 10 at Al Smith Classic
(MISHAWAKA) – The Prairie Heights wrestling team had five men finish in the top 10 at the two day Al Smith Classic in Mishawaka. Nick Buchanan (106) came in seventh; Ryan Rasler (126) was eighth; Riley Rasler (145) was second: while Jed Levtiz (160) was second and Joey Blakely (182) was second.


Lakeland wrestlers do well at Whitko Invitational
(WHITLEY) – The Lakeland wrestling team had 5 top five finishers at the Whitko Invitational. Jarrod Curtis (106) was first in his weight class. Cody Johnson (170) was fourth while Nathan McCann (182) was third and Austin Evans (220) and Brian Bergman (285) were both third. Placing in the top 10 were Keegan Hammond (160) who finished sixth and James Vaillancourt (195) who was sixth.

Trine men beat Ohio Northern
(ANGOLA) – The Trine men's basketball team got a win as they beat Ohio Northern 78-70 on New Year's Eve. Will Dixon led the Thunder with 23 points, 4 assists and 4 steals. He now has 1,516 career points, moving him into 11tha place all time for Trine. Myles Copeland had 21 points and 10 rebounds while Kyle Dodson had 10 points. Trine is now 5-6 overall on the season.
