Northeastern Center - Break The Silence Sexual Assault Awareness Walk 4/26/24

Northeastern Center's Mike Steigmeyer is with WLKI's Andy St. John to discuss April - Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and local events for us to learn and understand. This includes the Break The Silence Sexual Assault Awareness Walk 2024, that will take place on April 30 at The LaGrange County Fairgrounds.

Break the Silence is designed to bring together those who wish to stand together in support of those who have been impacted by sexual assault, and advocate for those who haven't found their voice.

If you know an individual who has been assaulted or impacted by an assault, let them know it's good to talk to someone. There is confidential help available.
