Debuting on May 2nd at the Coldwater Seventh-day Adventist Church, MindFit will shed light on the current mental health crisis racking our continent. By breaking down harmful stigmas and highlighting effective treatments, the seminar aims to provide hope for those who are struggling with mental health challenges, as well as for their loved ones.

This four-part documentary-style series, hosted by Voice of Prophecy Associate Speaker Alex Rodriguez, addresses questions such as:
What are the most common mental health challenges people face?
How has the history of treating mental illness shaped society’s perceptions of it?
How does that history inform the cutting-edge treatments of today?
Do the Bible and spirituality have any role in the treatment of mental disease?

Following each presentation, local moderator Barb Miller & Cyndie Smith, Personal Ministries & Health Ministries leaders will lead a study and discussion on the session’s topic.

MindFit begins Thursday, May 2nd at 7 p.m. in the Coldwater Seventh-day Adventist Church located at 399 North Fremont Road in Coldwater, MI.
