ONTWA TOWNSHIP – One person is facing drug related charges following the search of a Southwest Michigan house.

The Cass County Drug Enforcement Team executed a search warrant Friday in the 24,000 block of North Shore Drive in Ontwa Township. Detectives detained three individuals at the house as they searched the premises. Officers located a large amount of methamphetamine and meth paraphernalia.

A 40 year old woman was arrested for possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of meth and maintaining a drug house. She is being held in the Cass County Jail, and her name will not be released until she is arraigned in District Court.
