FORT WAYNE, IN - 40-year-old Chad Fulk of Albion has been sentenced following his guilty plea to possessing with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.

Fulk was sentenced to 262 months in prison followed by 5 years of supervised release.

In September of 2017, Fulk led Fort Wayne Police Department officers on a high-speed chase in Fort Wayne, and was arrested following a crash. According to case documents, Fulk was ordered to pay restitution damages as part of the plea agreement.
