Prairie Heights celebrates Homecoming Starting Monday

PRAIRIE HEIGHTS — The Prairie Heights High School community will will be celebrating homecoming week starting Monday.

This year’s 2021 homecoming court includes seniors Hunter Allen, Colton Penick, Lydia Quick, Aliyah Smith, Jolie Sexton, Katie Eash, Camden Hall and Luke Severe.

The underclassmen are freshmen Ella Coney and Maverick Deveau, sophomores Matthew Levitz and Adilyn Smith and juniors Kamden Leedy and Zoe Morgan.

Students At all grade levels will celebrate all week with competitions, as well as spirit dress up days.

On Wednesday is the annual powder puff football game. The public is invited to attend at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $2 and can be purchased at the gate. Students are free. The event takes place at the high school football field.

Homecoming week will end Friday as the Prairie Heights Panthers vie for the win against the Fremont Eagles. The game starts at 7 p.m. The game between the two county rivals with be aired on WLKI.
