The Angola Area Chamber of Commerce will help to kick off the first anniversary celebrations at the KC Learning Center with a Ribbon Cutting at their location at 1605 S. Wayne Street in Angola on Tuesday, October 19th at Noon.

After the Ribbon Cutting, there will be an opportunity to meet the CEO/Founder Holly Witherby and learn more about the programs the organization provides for individuals and families affected by intellectual and developmental disabilities in Steuben County. Also on hand will be information on advocacy.

The KC Learning Center has plans for an expansion in the near future. Officials say the additional space would give more individuals and families access to these much needed services in the area.
