ELKHART, IN - The Angola Marching Hornets traveled to Elkhart for competition on Saturday.

Angola competed at the Concord Invitational where they placed 3rd in Class C competition with a 58.1, coming in behind 1st place winner, the Northwood Red Regiment (63.3), and the Fairfield Marching Pride (60.8) who was the 2nd place winner.

In addition to winning 1st place in Class C, the NorthWood Red Regiment won Best Effect and Best Music caption awards. The Fairfield Marching Pride won Best Visual Effect in Class C.

This Saturday, September 24, they will be at Carroll High School.
