BRUSHY PRAIRIE, IN - Former cheerleaders from as far back as 1965 will be entertaining local basketball fans tonight.

The group spans cheerleaders from the Prairie Heights graduating classes from 1965-1985. They have been directed and choreographed by Becky Harris, retired cheerleading coach from Angola High School.

After three months of rehearsals, their big performance is tonight (Friday, January 27th) as the Prairie Height Panthers play host to the Fremont Eagles for a boys JV and Varsity basketball game.

The group has attracted a great deal of public attention well beyond the Prairie Heights Community. Entrepreneur Todd Saylor who is a nationally known Business Coach through his Wired Differently brand, as well for his local businesses and ownership of Tom's Donuts, has even had a spark of interest in the group. Saylor remarked in a social media post he would be willing to sponsor the group if they continue.

The Blast From The Past Cheerleaders will be showcased during halftime of the varsity game.
