Former Lakeland Elementary School Sells

COLDWATER, MI – The former Lakeland Elementary School in Coldwater, Michigan has sold, again.
The Branch County commission agreed to the sale on Thursday and accepted a $250,000 cash offer from Wade Longstreet.
Longstreet is local and prominent Coldwater businessman.
The 40-acre property was previously purchased by Branch County for $150,000 in 2021.
The property is currently zoned rural residential.
Branch County will determine a closing date for the sale on Tuesday, June 6.
