On Monday, June 19, the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department reported the Humane Shelter of Steuben County’s Director Adrienne Long advised Deputy Shane Matchette that they had seized 13 dogs from a property in rural Milgrove Township.

The animals were discovered malnourished and covered in dirt and feces at camper owned by the Cobb.

Prior to the reports of abuse and neglect, on Monday, March 13 Cobb and her husband Winnie Cobb were served an eviction notice by Steuben County Corporal Todd Johnson at their 5390 W Orland Road residence.
