COLDWATER, Mich. – A teen was injured when he was struck by a vehicle.

The Coldwater Department of Public Safety says just after 7 AM Wednesday, a 15 year old was walking to school and was crossing the intersection of Grand and Waterman Streets. It was dark and raining at the time and a vehicle was turning left and struck the teen in the cross walk.

The driver of the vehicle called 911, and first responders took the teen to ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital for treatment of hip and elbow injuries.
