WATERLOO - The ATM machine at the Horizon State Bank was robbed on Saturday, November 12.

The DeKalb County Sheriff's Department responded to the 600 block of S. Wayne Street at approximately 3 a.m. in regards to an ATM alarm.

Deputies discovered the ATM machine was removed from its affixed base and appeared to have been forced open and had an undisclosed amount of cash removed from the ATM.

The investigation remains active and under investigation of Detective Thomas M. Olinsk of the DeKalb County Sheriff's Department.
