The criteria for the ordinance is based on the amount of snow fall (4") and the decision is made by the Angola City Chief of Police and Angola City Street Superintendent.

Procedure:
-First Violation of the 24-hour period will be cause for a red tag being issued.
-Violation of the 24-hour red tag will be cause for removal. (Towing and removal at owner’s expense.)

The city encourages public cooperation so that safe and clear routes can be maintained during the winter season.
