Six To Be Interviewed For Branch County Administrator Position

(COLDWATER) – Two local individuals are among the six people selected to be interviewed for the position of Branch County Administrator.
The Branch County Commission held a closed door session Thursday. Following that session, the Commissioners named six individuals from a group of 38 candidates that will be interviewed to see who may be selected as the next Branch County Administrator.
Those six individuals are Jessica Miller, Assistant to the St. Joseph County Administrator; John Morrell, Administrative Manager of the Lakeland Correctional Facility in Coldwater; Adam Kline, former Oakland Township Manager; Frank Walsh, Meridian Township Manager; Robert Reinshuttle, Assistant Administrator of Manatee County, Florida and Jeffrey Thornton, Caledonia Village Manager.
Three of the candidates will be interviewed on July 30 from 12 PM until 3 PM. The other three will be interviewed on July 31 from 9AM until 3 PM. Each interview will last 50 minutes.
The top candidate or candidates will be brought back for another interview with the Commissioners.
Current Branch County Administrator Bud Norman announced in January that will be be retiring after 18 years in the position.
