(ANGOLA) - Trine University will host the 10th Annual Ketner School of Business Golf Outing on Friday, April 24, with a 1 p.m. shotgun start.
The annual event supports Trine's sport management and golf management students through a day of golf, on-course competitions and fundraising.
The outing is organized by the senior Sport Management Capstone class and Tee it Up Trine.
Golfers will be able to compete in on-course games including:
- longest drive
- closest to the pin
- swing challenge
- lax drive
Prizes will be awarded, and registration includes a box lunch and dinner.
A silent auction is also planned, along with prizes for the top three teams.
University officials say proceeds from the event help fund student opportunities such as career fairs, networking events and class projects.
Sponsorships begin at $100, giving local businesses an opportunity to connect with Trine and Angola's golf community.
