(BRYAN) - A Williams County grand jury has indicted a West Unity man on multiple charges involving alleged offenses against a minor.
According to court records, 57-year-old Larry Crabtree faces three counts tied to alleged incidents between December 2025 and January 2026.
The indictment includes a rape charge involving a minor. Court documents allege the offense involved a child under the age of 13, with the victim identified as under 10 at the time of the alleged incident in December 2025.
Additional charges include disseminating material harmful to juveniles and public indecency, tied to a separate alleged incident in January 2026 involving inappropriate conduct in the presence of a minor.
Crabtree was arrested by the Williams County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio on April 21. His bond was set at $100,000 cash or surety.
Court records also show he is ordered to have no contact with the alleged victims or any minors.
He is scheduled to return to court for a pretrial hearing on May 27.
