(ANGOLA) - Trine University has named YMCA of Steuben County CEO Eric Yoder as the school's new vice president for operations.
Trine says Yoder will begin the new position in June and will oversee campus facilities, infrastructure, auxiliary enterprises, and capital construction initiatives.
Yoder has served as CEO of the YMCA of Steuben County since 2024. During his time with the organization, Trine says the YMCA saw increases in membership and revenue and was recently named Nonprofit of the Year by the Angola Chamber of Commerce.
The university says Yoder also helped oversee the construction and launch of Sheets Family Park while leading YMCA operations, donor relations, and strategic planning.
Before joining the YMCA, Yoder spent 18 years with Wagler and Associates, where he held several leadership positions including acting chief financial officer, director of operations, director of business development, project manager, and lead designer.
Trine says Yoder's appointment completes the cabinet that will serve under incoming university president Dr. Tony Kline, who officially becomes president on June 1.
