(ANGOLA) - A Steuben County man is facing charges after deputies say he posted nude photographs of a woman to social media without her consent.
Nathaniel Lesher, 26, was arrested Monday on a warrant stemming from a complaint filed May 26.
The Herald Republican reports court records indicate deputies were told Lesher had posted several nude photographs on social media along with profanity-laced messages. During a phone interview, Lesher allegedly told investigators he obtained the photos from his ex-girlfriend's ex-husband and claimed they showed she had been unfaithful before ending the conversation. Deputies located Lesher on Monday evening inside a camper in Pleasant Lake while serving the warrant.
After receiving information suggesting possible drug activity, deputies obtained a second search warrant for the camper. Court records state deputies found two glass pipes containing burnt marijuana residue and several THC vape pens.
Lesher was charged with distribution of an intimate image, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The charges are allegations, and Lesher is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
