ANGOLA, Ind. (WLKI) - Despite forecasts calling for possible rain throughout the day, the Angola Summer Fest continued as planned Saturday, bringing crowds, vendors and activities to downtown Angola.
The annual event, organized by Angola Main Street, featured a variety of vendors, food trucks and activities for visitors of all ages.
Attendees enjoyed a selection of food options while browsing vendor booths and taking part in activities designed for families and younger visitors. Organizers said the event provided an opportunity for the community to gather and support local businesses and organizations.
The rain held off during the festival, allowing attendees to enjoy the downtown celebration throughout the day.
