The YMCA of Steuben County is now accepting registrations for its upcoming Youth Basketball League, offering local youth an opportunity to build skills, make friends, and have fun in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
The league will run from January 26 through March 7, 2026, and is open to children ages 6-12. Designed to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth, the YMCA Youth Basketball League emphasizes skill development and learning while keeping the focus on fun.
Participants will practice once per week based on age group:
- Ages 6-7: Tuesday practices
- Ages 8-9: Thursday practices
- Ages 10-12: Monday practices
All teams will participate in Saturday morning games, giving families a consistent and convenient game schedule.
Registration fees are $60 for YMCA members and $80 for non-members. The registration deadline is January 16, 2026.
