(FORT WAYNE) - Time is running out to nominate the next generation of business and community leaders in northeast Indiana.

Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly says nominations are closing soon for its 2026 Forty Under 40 awards, a prestigious program that honors 40 outstanding professionals under the age of 40 who are making a meaningful impact in the region.

The annual recognition highlights young leaders who demonstrate career excellence, strong community involvement, and notable personal and professional achievements. Winners are selected by an independent panel of judges based on the strength of their nominations.

The Forty Under 40 awards celebration is set for Thursday, April 9th, 2026, at The Fairfield in Fort Wayne, bringing together business and community leaders to recognize the region's rising talent. Nominations must be submitted by January 1st. Friends, coworkers, family members, and community members are encouraged to nominate deserving professionals online at fwbusiness.com/events. Organizers are also inviting past Forty Under 40 honorees to update their contact information ahead of the first-ever Forty Under 40 Alumni Reception, which will be held prior to the awards banquet on April 9th.

Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly is a publication of KPC Media and a leading source for local business news and recognition programs across northeast Indiana. Nominations can be submitted online at fwbusiness.com/events/.
