The 8th Annual Civil Wars Days and American History Fest are to be held at Angola Indiana’s Commons Park from September 26 – 28, 2014.

Pre-1840 encampment located on the north side of the Commons Park with the Civil War groups premiering “The Battle of the Crater” on the south side.

Personalities attending Abraham Lincoln, Robert E. Lee, Frederick Douglas, General Pickett, General Longstreet, Mark Twain, and Benjamin Franklin just to name a few.

Free Saturday evening Civil War period dance, the dance is open for public participation.

The Interactive Heritage History Group, Inc. is a Steuben County based living history organization that understands the need to help educate our youth of our American Heritage. We are conscious of the changes that have occurred in the United States so we are committed to growing and adapting our unique method of education to effectively present the core values, struggles and determination that established our Great Nation.
